Refund and Cashback Policy

Credit Packs
Credit packs are digital products. Once payment is confirmed and credits are issued to your account, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine that the service failed materially.
Failed or Incomplete Scans
If a paid scan fails after a credit is deducted because of a platform error, vibe'nscan may restore the affected credit or provide an equivalent remedy at our discretion.
Cashback Program
- The cashback offer applies only to eligible paid scans and qualifying public posts.
- Claims may be approved, denied, or held for manual review based on anti-abuse and verification checks.
- We may reject claims that are misleading, spammy, fraudulent, duplicated, or outside the stated campaign rules.
- Approved cashback is returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
Chargebacks and Abuse
Where a charge is reversed, disputed, or refunded, associated credits, benefits, or campaign rewards may be removed or adjusted to keep the account in a correct billing state.
